Self-care is very important. In order to take care of others, it is first very important that we take care of our selves. So one of the beautiful things to do for your body in the self-care is to do the body skin brushing for the face and body. This helps to keep away all that dry skin that normally builds up on the body every day. It keeps the skin nice and soft, it massages the body, and it also improves the circulation in the body.
